What You Need to Bring to Family Rafting– Mandatory Equipment

All technical and safety equipment is provided by the organizer. You only need to bring: swimsuit, towel, dry change of clothes, sunscreen, a drink for after the activity.

Family Rafting is Perfect Family Activity in Soča valley

Rafting is an ideal activity for summer days and a great way to combine outdoor fun with relaxation. It lasts up to 3 hours and runs from June to September. Licensed and experienced guides lead the tour and make it perfect for families and beginners, as no prior rafting experience is needed, but basic swimming ability is required.

The price includes full rafting equipment as helmet, wetsuit, shoes, anorak, life jacket, professional guidance, transportation to the starting point and back to Kobarid, a river permit, and a few photos sent after the trip. Bring your own swimsuit and towel and arrange personal travel or health insurance. Book in advance to secure your spot; the tour runs in most weather conditions and may be postponed or cancelled if water levels become too high or too low. Guides conduct the activity in Slovenian or English.
